About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Researching and identifying prospective client companies
- Building and maintaining a pipeline of target accounts
- Conducting high volumes of outbound cold calls daily
- Engaging senior decision-makers including CEOs, Founders, HR Directors, Talent Acquisition Managers, and Operations Directors
- Qualifying opportunities and booking appointments
- Following up with prospects through multiple touchpoints
- Maintaining accurate CRM records and activity logs
- Consistently achieving activity, pipeline, and appointment-setting targets
Requirements
What you’ll need- Proven experience in B2B cold calling and appointment setting
- Strong lead generation and prospecting skills
- Experience sourcing and building prospect lists independently
- Excellent communication and telephone skills
- Resilient, persistent, and comfortable handling rejection
- Self-motivated, organised, and target-driven
- Experience using CRM systems
- Reliable internet connection and a professional home-working environment
