- Making high volumes of outbound cold calls daily.
- Engaging decision-makers including CEOs, Founders, HR Directors, Talent Acquisition Managers, and Operations Directors.
- Qualifying opportunities and booking meetings for the sales team.
- Managing follow-up activities and nurturing prospects through multiple touchpoints.
- Updating CRM records accurately.
- Meeting agreed activity and appointment-setting targets.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Proven experience in B2B cold calling
- Strong prospecting and lead generation skills
- Experience sourcing your own leads
- Excellent communication and telephone manner
- Resilient and comfortable dealing with rejection
- Self-motivated and highly organised
- Experience using CRM systems
- Reliable internet connection and suitable home-working setup
