About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Develop and execute social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and audience growth.
  • Create and publish engaging content across LinkedIn, Instagram, and other relevant social media platforms.
  • Promote company news, team achievements, office culture, events, milestones, promotions, anniversaries, and new joiners.
  • Monitor social media trends and recommend innovative approaches to maximise engagement and reach.
  • Track and report on social media performance, engagement metrics, and campaign effectiveness.
  • Produce high-quality marketing materials for clients and candidates.
  • Create and manage long-term market-focused content.
  • Develop and maintain a clear LinkedIn strategy for both the business and individual consultants.
  • Strengthen employer branding through team showcases, staff events, and culture content.
  • Manage and maintain the content calendar for social media posts, blogs, and newsletters.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Previous experience in a marketing, social media, or digital marketing role.
  • Strong content creation and copywriting skills.
  • Excellent understanding of LinkedIn and other social media platforms.
  • Experience using social media scheduling and analytics tools.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience within recruitment, professional services, or B2B marketing is desirable.
  • Knowledge of SEO and website content management.
  • Experience with email marketing platforms.
  • Graphic design and basic video editing skills are a plus.
