About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Develop and execute social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and audience growth.
- Create and publish engaging content across LinkedIn, Instagram, and other relevant social media platforms.
- Promote company news, team achievements, office culture, events, milestones, promotions, anniversaries, and new joiners.
- Monitor social media trends and recommend innovative approaches to maximise engagement and reach.
- Track and report on social media performance, engagement metrics, and campaign effectiveness.
- Produce high-quality marketing materials for clients and candidates.
- Create and manage long-term market-focused content.
- Develop and maintain a clear LinkedIn strategy for both the business and individual consultants.
- Strengthen employer branding through team showcases, staff events, and culture content.
- Manage and maintain the content calendar for social media posts, blogs, and newsletters.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Previous experience in a marketing, social media, or digital marketing role.
- Strong content creation and copywriting skills.
- Excellent understanding of LinkedIn and other social media platforms.
- Experience using social media scheduling and analytics tools.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience within recruitment, professional services, or B2B marketing is desirable.
- Knowledge of SEO and website content management.
- Experience with email marketing platforms.
- Graphic design and basic video editing skills are a plus.
