About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Design and produce sales collateral and pitch decks
Design brochures, one-pagers, and case studies
Create event materials such as banners, signage, and display assets
Deliver creative assets across multiple brands or product lines, adapting style while maintaining overall brand consistency
Apply and maintain brand guidelines across all outputs
Create visual assets for social media, including static graphics and carousels
Adapt designs for different platforms and formats
Support the creation of reusable templates to improve speed and consistency
Work to clear briefs provided by the marketing team
Respond positively to feedback and iterate designs as required
Manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively

Requirements

What you’ll need

Strong graphic design skills demonstrated through a high-quality portfolio
Solid understanding of layout, typography, colour, and visual hierarchy
Confidence using relevant design tools
Ability to work to briefs and deadlines
Experience designing for digital and social media (desirable)
Basic understanding of brand guidelines and consistency (desirable)
Interest in developing into a more senior creative role over time (desirable)
