About the role

  • Lead paid media performance (primarily Meta Ads)
  • Drive revenue optimisation through data analysis, testing frameworks, and performance reporting
  • Collaborate with senior leadership on growth strategy
  • Plan, launch and optimise Meta (Facebook & Instagram) campaigns
  • Structure and scale campaigns using effective budget allocation strategies (ABO/CBO)
  • Monitor and improve ROAS, CPA, CTR, CPM and overall revenue performance
  • Analyse Shopify data including CVR, AOV, LTV and product performance
  • Build KPI dashboards and deliver clear weekly performance insights
  • Develop structured creative testing frameworks
  • Collaborate with creative teams to drive performance-led briefs

Requirements

  • 2–3+ years’ experience managing Meta Ads for e-commerce brands
  • Proven experience handling significant monthly ad spend
  • Strong understanding of Shopify analytics and performance metrics
  • Deep knowledge of ROAS, CVR, AOV, CAC and LTV
  • Experience working closely with creative teams
  • Highly analytical with a commercial mindset
  • Confident communicator, comfortable engaging at a strategic level
  • Desirable: Experience in DTC, fashion, jewellery or premium consumer brands
