About the role

  • Achieve monthly activity and pipeline targets
  • Track and manage daily KPIs, including calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach
  • Generate new opportunities through cold calling, email cadences, and digital channels
  • Conduct a high volume of outbound activity (approximately 250 calls per week)
  • Engage prospects to understand their business challenges and requirements
  • Qualify interest and book meetings for senior sales team members
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and manage pipeline data
  • Support wider sales and marketing initiatives
  • Share insights and ideas to continuously improve outreach performance

Requirements

  • 1–2 years’ experience in an outbound sales or sales development role
  • Experience selling B2B solutions, ideally SaaS
  • Proven ability to identify and generate new business opportunities
  • Strong verbal, written, and presentation skills
  • Confident, professional communicator with a consultative approach
  • Team player with a genuine interest in sales
  • Experience using CRM systems (HubSpot preferred)
