About the role
- Achieve monthly activity and pipeline targets
- Track and manage daily KPIs, including calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach
- Generate new opportunities through cold calling, email cadences, and digital channels
- Conduct a high volume of outbound activity (approximately 250 calls per week)
- Engage prospects to understand their business challenges and requirements
- Qualify interest and book meetings for senior sales team members
- Maintain accurate CRM records and manage pipeline data
- Support wider sales and marketing initiatives
- Share insights and ideas to continuously improve outreach performance
Requirements
- 1–2 years’ experience in an outbound sales or sales development role
- Experience selling B2B solutions, ideally SaaS
- Proven ability to identify and generate new business opportunities
- Strong verbal, written, and presentation skills
- Confident, professional communicator with a consultative approach
- Team player with a genuine interest in sales
- Experience using CRM systems (HubSpot preferred)
