About the role
- Maintain accurate CRM records, sales pipelines, and reporting
- Prepare and issue proposals, pricing documentation, and contracts
- Track opportunities through the full sales cycle and manage next steps
- Support tender submissions and procurement responses
- Handle inbound sales enquiries and qualify new leads
- Schedule and support product demonstrations, with occasional delivery
- Assist with outbound sales activity, including structured calling campaigns
- Work closely with marketing to ensure leads are followed up effectively
- Coordinate with account management to ensure smooth customer handovers
- Support sales forecasting, planning, and internal reporting
- Contribute to the improvement of sales processes, templates, and systems
- Assist with event preparation and post-event follow-up
Requirements
- Experience in a sales administration, sales support, or commercial role
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Confident written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable working with CRM systems and sales data
- Ability to prioritise workload and work independently
