Directly manage and coach the Japan AE and AM, setting clear objectives and providing ongoing mentorship.
Act as a player-coach by personally driving sales and account management activities, especially in the early stage.
Ensure high motivation, presence, and alignment of the local team.
Identify and prioritize key prospects in Japan.
Develop and execute strategies and tactics for prospect activation and conversion.
Collaborate closely with the AE, Field Marketer Japan, and Director Global Sales Enablement to drive pipeline growth.
Segment the existing client base (direct clients and agencies) and develop tailored strategies to grow and retain them.
Guide and partner with the AM to strengthen relationships and ensure client satisfaction.
Work closely with the Director Global AM Enablement on client strategies and delivery excellence.
Increase Remerge’s local market presence by representing the company at events, conferences, and industry gatherings.
Frequently join AE and AM in client and prospect meetings, ensuring executive visibility and stronger relationship-building.
Partner with regional leadership and global functions (Enablement, Marketing, Operations) to align on GTM initiatives and share learnings from the Japan market.
Act as the primary point of contact for Japan within the global revenue leadership structure.
Requirements
Proven track record in enterprise sales and account management within digital advertising, adtech, or a related field.
Strong leadership and coaching skills with experience in player-coach environments.
Strategic mindset with hands-on execution capability.
Excellent relationship-building and communication skills with clients and partners.
Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and manage competing priorities.
Native Japanese speaker with strong English proficiency (spoken and written).
