About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Drives and manages the sales process, including cold calling, targeting top prospects, identifying client solutions, and guiding prospects through the sales process.
- Make 30-50 outbound calls daily to generate new leads.
- Schedule a minimum of 5-6 meetings per week with new potential prospects while moving existing prospects through the pipeline
- Achieve monthly sales and activity targets
- Manage a pipeline of prospects using the company CRM and review leads daily.
- Provide clear and accurate information about the RE/MAX value proposition.
- Qualify clients by asking targeted questions about their goals and objectives
- Document conversations in the CRM system concisely to assist other team members in the sales process.
- Conduct initial interviews with potential franchisees, coordinate and guide candidates through the screening process, interviews, financial approvals and background evaluations
- Travel throughout the assigned territory (50-70%) and represents the brand at networking and social events.
Requirements
What you’ll need- High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
- 1-3 years of sales experience
- Experience with cold calling and qualifying leads is highly preferred.
- High-energy, flexible, hands-on individual with an outgoing personality who can thrive in a company environment and will do whatever it takes "to get it done".
- A goal-oriented, focused individual and team player who is coachable
- A highly organized person who stays on top of multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication skills, particularly verbal, including strong presentation skills.
- Experience with Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
- Ability to track pipeline
- Ability to work variable hours, including evenings and weekends, and to travel about 50%-70% of the time.
