About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Develop and maintain a multi-year Finance Transformation Strategy aligned with Finance and business objectives.
- Identify, prioritize, govern, and deliver a portfolio of transformation initiatives.
- Define future-state operating models, capabilities, and organizational structures.
- Develop business cases and investment recommendations.
- Evaluate Finance processes, workflows, reporting, systems, and organizational capabilities.
- Lead process redesign and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Lead adoption of AI, automation, analytics, and productivity technologies, including Copilot, workflow automation, analytics, reporting, and business intelligence solutions.
- Ensure initiatives comply with governance, security, compliance, and enterprise standards.
- Develop and execute change management, communication, training, and enablement strategies.
- Establish project governance, milestones, success metrics, and reporting frameworks.
- Monitor progress, risks, dependencies, resources, outcomes, and value realization.
- Provide regular updates and recommendations to the CFO, Finance Leadership Team, and executive stakeholders.
- Define KPIs, measure adoption and productivity improvements, and track return on investment.
- Develop executive dashboards and reporting.
- Build and lead the Business Transformation & Enablement capability.
- Recruit, mentor, and develop transformation professionals.
- Foster collaboration across Finance, Technology, Data, HR, and business functions.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to Finance leaders on modernization and organizational effectiveness.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field.
- 8+ years of progressive leadership experience in Finance, Transformation, Consulting, Operations, Technology, or related disciplines.
- Proven experience leading large-scale organizational transformation and change initiatives.
- Strong understanding of business processes, operating models, organizational effectiveness, and process improvement methodologies.
- Demonstrated experience implementing technology-enabled business solutions and productivity improvements.
- Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, leadership, and influencing skills.
- Ability to operate effectively in complex, matrixed organizations and lead through ambiguity.
- Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving capabilities.
- Preferred: Experience in Corporate Finance, FP&A, Accounting, Shared Services, Finance Operations, or Finance Systems.
- Preferred: Experience with AI, machine learning, automation, analytics, Power BI, Power Automate, Copilot, or similar technologies.
- Preferred: Consulting or enterprise transformation leadership experience.
- Preferred: Experience developing transformation roadmaps, business cases, and value realization frameworks.
- Preferred: Lean, Six Sigma, Agile, PMP, Prosci, or similar professional certifications.
- Preferred: Experience leading enterprise-wide productivity or modernization programs.
