About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Own the program governance model across initiatives, including cadences, decision rights, and escalation paths
- Maintain a portfolio-level view of priorities, resource allocation, sequencing, status, risks, and decisions
- Manage assigned projects through the product development lifecycle
- Project-manage cross-functional teams across Market Vertical, Product Management, Engineering, Testing, Legal, Operations, Security, and Release Management
- Conduct stakeholder negotiations on scope, sequencing, and trade-offs across complex projects
- Negotiate project resources with Engineering Resource Managers and review resource allocation
- Build development roadmaps and project schedules; support roadmap planning, quarterly planning, and execution tracking
- Own schedules, milestones, dependencies, risks, and delivery status
- Define key performance parameters and create variance reports
- Schedule and facilitate project reviews and stakeholder updates
- Communicate program and project status, schedule variances, and mitigation options to leadership and stakeholders
- Collaborate with senior Engineering resources and stakeholders to resolve issues and mitigate impacts
- Support release coordination and operational rollout activities
- Perform data analysis for project delivery and operational improvement initiatives
- Recommend improvements to processes, procedures, and operational workflows
- Leverage AI productivity tools and automation workflows for planning, reporting, documentation, and coordination
- Support AI-assisted engineering, workflow automation, and modernization initiatives
Requirements
What you’ll need- 12+ years of IT project management, program management, or PMO experience
- Bachelor’s degree in technology, finance, business, or related field, or equivalent experience required
- Project governance certification (PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, or equivalent) required
- Strong project management, organizational, and stakeholder management skills
- Experience coordinating cross-functional delivery efforts in Agile environments
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- Ability to manage multiple concurrent priorities in fast-paced environments
- Comfortable operating in ambiguous or evolving operational environments
- Strong proficiency with modern AI productivity tooling and AI-assisted workflows
- Must be a U.S. citizen
- Must successfully pass a background investigation and achieve Public Trust security clearance
- Must be located near Horsham, PA for a hybrid onsite schedule
