About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Design and deploy custom workflows and vault templates for large law firm clients
- Partner with firm stakeholders and LexisNexis sales and post-sales teams to understand processes, define scope, and apply solutions to client needs
- Engage firm leadership, practice leaders, attorneys, and knowledge management teams to drive adoption and sustained usage
- Support early-stage demos and pilot programs demonstrating the value of LexisNexis AI solutions
- Identify product gaps and enhancement opportunities, synthesize client feedback, and collaborate with product, engineering, and UX teams
- Develop and maintain customer-facing and internal resources supporting AI workflow strategy and firm rollouts
Requirements
What you’ll need- JD required
- At least 2 years of recent experience at a large law firm with more than 50 attorneys
- Litigation or Corporate Law experience preferred
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to establish credibility with attorneys and firm leadership through executive presence, legal judgment, and AI fluency
- Deep understanding of legal workflows, legal service delivery models, and day-to-day challenges faced by legal professionals
- Ability to translate legal workflow insights into clear, workflow-specific value narratives
- Curiosity, conviction, and practical experience applying AI and legal technology to improve legal workflows and client delivery
