About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Assist in implementing cloud infrastructure as code (primarily Azure) to support applications
Work with data storage systems under guidance from senior team members
Help develop and maintain automated workflows for deploying applications and infrastructure
Participate in troubleshooting and incident resolution, documenting solutions and preventive measures
Collaborate with engineers and non-technical team members to understand requirements and translate them into technical tasks
Learn and apply CI/CD, automation, and monitoring best practices
Follow security best practices and assist in implementing controls to protect data and infrastructure
Contribute to team documentation for technical and non-technical audiences

Requirements

What you’ll need

1–3 years of experience in DevOps, SRE, cloud engineering, or related IT roles (internships and projects count)
Familiarity with at least one major cloud platform (Azure preferred, AWS or GCP acceptable)
Basic understanding of networking concepts (VNETs, DNS, routing)
Experience with scripting languages such as PowerShell, Bash, or Python
Exposure to infrastructure-as-code tools (Terraform, ARM templates, etc.)
Understanding of version control systems (Git/GitHub)
Basic knowledge of monitoring and logging tools
Familiarity with concepts like containerization, serverless functions, or automation workflows is a plus
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, or related field preferred
Equivalent experience and/or technical certifications (Azure, AWS, GCP) will be considered
