Requirements
- Deeply understands customer use cases and market segments
- Collaborates closely with UX Designers to ensure user feedback shapes design
- Coaches teams to align with customer needs and shares research findings
- Stays informed about competitors and regulatory environments
- Analyzes briefs to ensure the right problems are addressed
- Presents research insights to stakeholders and guides future projects
- Leads user-centered research processes and mentors junior researchers
- Applies a range of UX research techniques and creates documentation
- Regularly tests design work with users and uses data to set project metrics
- Expert in research analysis tools and software (e.g., Qualtrics, Lookback, Usertesting.com)
- Mentors junior researchers in technical skills and builds relationships with tech teams
