About the role
- Process invoices, purchase orders, and expense reports with accuracy and timeliness
- Track and reconcile budget spend, ensuring proper documentation and approvals
- Maintain department budget trackers, flagging variances and assisting with reporting
- Coordinate with Finance to resolve discrepancies and ensure compliance with company policies
- Serve as backup for the marketing blog program, including scheduling, content uploads, and coordinating with writers and reviewers
- Support asset management and file organization for marketing materials (i.e. Widen, Seismic, Claims and Testimonials)
- Assist with simple reporting requests (budget updates)
- Provide logistical and administrative support for product marketing team activities, meetings, etc.
- Coordinate internal events such as team building sessions and professional development activities
- Assist with personal expense processing and travel arrangements for senior team members
- Maintain shared tools and records, ensuring information is organized and up to date
- Support special projects and ad hoc requests to keep the product marketing function running smoothly
Requirements
- Must have a bachelor’s degree in marketing or any related field
- 1 - 2 years of working experience in the related field
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Strong stakeholder management skills
- Detail oriented and willing to support US Marketing operations on graveyard shift PH time
- Knowledge of Customer Relationship Management tools (Oracle Fusion, Invoice look-up, Citibank site, SalesPro, Widen, MDC, Smart Sheet, GCRM, and Community) are a plus
- Marketing background is a plus
