About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Support the successful execution of new and renewal sales deals across an assigned territory.
  • Work closely with Sales, Finance, Legal, and Operations to ensure deals progress smoothly, compliantly, and on time.
  • Monitor and support the execution of new and renewal deals to ensure alignment with internal milestones and timelines.
  • Track customer procurement and invoicing requirements using dashboards, including paperwork status, access extensions, and process exceptions.
  • Support resolution of account-level delinquencies by coordinating with internal stakeholders.
  • Engage with customers, particularly on contested renewals and title changes, to ensure a responsive and informed experience.
  • Assist with contract review, redlining, and documentation for renewals and new business.
  • Coordinate complex or high-value deals with Sales, Finance, Legal, and other partners in line with internal policies.
  • Maintain accurate records of deal terms, approvals, exceptions, and regional process documentation.
  • Identify opportunities to improve deal desk processes, workflows, and reporting.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 3+ years’ experience in sales operations, deal desk, account coordination, customer support, or a similar commercial/administrative role.
  • Fluency in English, and French or Italian
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience.
  • Strong understanding of deal structuring, pricing models, discounting, and commercial approval workflows.
  • Confidence working with contracts, redlining, legal/commercial terms, and supporting documentation.
  • Knowledge of purchase order (PO) and invoicing processes.
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • Ability to work effectively across functions and influence stakeholders without direct authority.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Clear, professional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience using CRM/ERP systems (e.g., Salesforce) and strong proficiency in Excel and Outlook.
  • Experience working in a global or regional business environment.
