Key responsibilities & impact

monitor and identify important legal developments and write news articles for daily news production

Requirements

What you’ll need

possess hard news reporting experience and excellent news judgment
have a Bachelor's degree in journalism/communications (relevant experience considered without a degree)
have the ability to multitask and reprioritize throughout the day
have the ability to understand and explain complex legal topics
be a skilled and speedy news writer
have the ability to network with attorney sources, use online and other resources to gather information
possess excellent interviewing skills
be able to work Eastern time zone hours
have the ability to work independently
