About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Act as project liaison leading post-sales client service needs by partnering with sales, support, service, and product resources to ensure client success
- Project-manage resources, timelines, budgets, and communication related to specific client projects and events including development and execution of Statements of Work and Client Business Reviews
- Develop strategic account management plans for an assigned client portfolio
- Build key business relationships with influential individuals and high-level decision makers
- Develop strategies for revenue retention and expansion while creating targeted, solution-oriented presentations and proposals
- Maintain awareness of customer needs and industry trends to optimize market positioning
- Develop, execute, and manage client satisfaction and loyalty strategies
- Partner with Account Executives to support sales of new business and expanded solutions while managing pipeline and forecasting activity in CRM
Requirements
What you’ll need- Demonstrated experience in account management and sales
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Strong customer service and relationship-building skills
- Experience with contract negotiation
- Strong forecasting and sales strategy development skills
- Understanding of corporate legal and legal operations processes and ability to quickly learn product solutions
- Strong interpersonal, presentation, organizational, and time management skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work collaboratively to meet customer needs.
