About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Supporting cloud infrastructure deployment, maintenance, and troubleshooting in a cloud environment (AWS).
- Assisting in automating operational tasks and workflows to improve efficiency.
- Contributing to the implementation of scalable, resilient application architectures.
- Supporting documentation and operational procedures to ensure best practices.
- Collaborate with team members to support ongoing projects and initiatives.
- Supporting process improvements and automation efforts.
- Troubleshooting infrastructure and deployment issues, escalating as needed.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Experience supporting cloud infrastructure, automation, or DevOps tasks.
- Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS).
- Foundational understanding of Cloud and DevOps tools with a proactive attitude toward operational support and automation.
- Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform.
- Scripting skills in Python or Go.
- Knowledge of container orchestration tools like Kubernetes, Helm, or ArgoCD.
- Support and troubleshooting skills in cloud and containerized environments.
- Proactive approach to automating repetitive tasks and operational workflows.
- Proficiency with Linux operating systems, including system administration, command-line tools, and troubleshooting.
- Proficiency with continuous integration tools like Github Actions.
