About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Create target lists of key points of contact within your portfolio of prospect accounts using Salesforce, LinkedIn, and ZoomInfo
- Develop creative engagement campaigns that drive curiosity using email, HubSpot, LinkedIn, and phone
- Discover new business opportunities by understanding a prospect’s interests, needs, and knowledge gaps through thoughtful conversations with senior decision makers
- Respond to all marketing-generated leads in a professional and timely manner to identify opportunities
- Deliver a consistent volume of meetings for Enterprise Account Managers, including detailed handover notes and briefings
- Provide prospects with a high-quality experience and positive impression
- Use Salesforce to record all activity and client interactions, ensuring data accuracy and quality
Requirements
What you’ll need- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience in B2B internal sales (approximately 12 months), ideally within SaaS, software, data analytics, or subscription-based solutions
- Ability to confidently engage prospects by phone, establish credibility, and build rapport
- Collaborative team mindset with strong interpersonal skills and resilience
- Ability to work towards and achieve weekly and monthly targets
- Interest in technology and innovation
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Salesforce
- Familiarity with HubSpot and use of AI in sales processes
- Ability to use metrics to monitor performance and understand results and drivers
