About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Own and deliver against revenue and ACV objectives across the region, including both new business acquisition and expansion of existing customer relationships
  • Develop and execute against regional sales growth plans aligned with corporate strategic priorities and market opportunities
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive alliance strategy across channel partners, technology providers, system integrators, industry associations, and strategic ecosystem participants
  • Build and maintain accurate forecasts, pipeline visibility and operating norms to create accountability and efficient execution
  • Lead and develop a blended sales organization spanning direct enterprise sales, channel partnerships / alliances
  • Recruit, develop and transform commercial talent to deliver business needs, while building a culture of performance, collaboration and accountability
  • Develop high-impact partnerships with resellers, technology partners, and ecosystem alliances to extend market reach and accelerate revenue
  • Ensure the development and growth of direct customer relationships across the region
  • Serve as the senior commercial leader for LATAM region, partnering closely with Market Planning, Product, Marketing, Customer Success, Strategy, Operations, and Global Sales leadership
  • Drive market development efforts across emerging and established LATAM markets
  • Translate regional market needs into clear, grounded recommendations that drive organizational change and improvement in regional results
  • Effectively represent the company externally at customer meetings, industry events, and strategic partner engagements
  • Foster collaboration across global and regional teams to accelerate innovation, operational excellence, and customer impact

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 15+ years of progressive enterprise sales leadership experience, including leadership responsibility across LATAM
  • Demonstrated success leading both direct sales teams and partner/alliance ecosystems
  • Experience driving growth through a balanced focus on new logo acquisition and expansion within existing accounts
  • Strong executive presence with the ability to engage and influence C-suite stakeholders
  • Experience managing complex, multi-country sales environments with cultural and operational nuance
  • Fluency in English, Portuguese and Spanish
  • Experience in data, analytics, SaaS, risk, information services, fintech, or technology-enabled solutions
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field with exceptional academic achievement; master's degree preferred
  • Significant travel required (50%+)
