About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Engage with and understand the strategic priorities and OKRs that define programs success
Translate organizational strategy into clear programs scope, objectives, and business outcomes
Maintain alignment between programs activity and the strategic priorities that justified investment
Support investment and prioritization decisions with a clear articulation of expected business outcomes and trade-offs
Identify dependencies and conflicts across the programs portfolio and escalate where required
Lead programs delivery with accountability for business outcomes and monitor performance against business value metrics
Develop integrated plans that account for commercial adoption, migration complexity, and customer impact
Define, track, and evidence business outcomes post-delivery, including revenue, customer adoption, and operational efficiency

Requirements

What you’ll need

Proven experience managing complex, cross-functional programs in a commercial business environment
Demonstrated ability to connect programs delivery to business strategy and measurable outcomes
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills — comfortable engaging at senior leadership level
Experience working across product, technology, commercial, and operations functions
Understanding of go-to-market planning, commercial adoption, and organizational change management
Familiarity with portfolio management, investment prioritization, and benefits realization
