About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead and manage complex customer engagements and project initiatives across cross-functional teams
  • Drive project planning, milestone management, dependency tracking, issue resolution, and delivery execution throughout the project lifecycle
  • Build and maintain project schedules, action logs, risk registers, governance documentation, and executive-ready status reporting artifacts
  • Drive cross-functional execution and alignment across Engineering, Product Management, Testing, Operations, Legal, Sales, and customer stakeholders to ensure successful delivery outcomes
  • Lead customer communications, governance discussions, delivery reviews, and project status meetings
  • Manage stakeholder expectations through proactive communication, issue escalation, and consistent follow-through
  • Identify risks, blockers, and dependencies proactively while driving accountability and resolution across teams
  • Lead scope management and change control efforts while ensuring alignment to contractual obligations and business objectives
  • Communicate project health, delivery status, risks, financial impacts, dependencies, and key decisions to leadership and customer stakeholders
  • Ensure compliance with organizational, contractual, and regulatory requirements throughout all project phases
  • Drive operational improvements and contribute to PMO delivery best practices and process optimization efforts
  • Operate effectively in fast-moving environments where priorities, timelines, and requirements may evolve

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 5+ years of project management, PMO, or equivalent delivery experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, or related field (or equivalent professional experience)
  • PMP certification preferred
  • Experience leading customer-facing projects within complex, cross-functional environments
  • Strong organizational, prioritization, and project execution skills
  • Experience building and maintaining project schedules, governance artifacts, risk registers, dependency management, and executive-level reporting
  • Excellent written, verbal, presentation, and stakeholder communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities simultaneously
  • Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and conflict-resolution capabilities
  • Demonstrated ability to operate independently and drive accountability across teams
  • Experience working within Agile, hybrid, or structured project delivery environments
  • Strong collaboration and leadership skills across technical, operational, business, and customer teams
