Key responsibilities & impact

Lead and manage complex customer engagements and project initiatives across cross-functional teams
Drive project planning, milestone management, dependency tracking, issue resolution, and delivery execution throughout the project lifecycle
Build and maintain project schedules, action logs, risk registers, governance documentation, and executive-ready status reporting artifacts
Drive cross-functional execution and alignment across Engineering, Product Management, Testing, Operations, Legal, Sales, and customer stakeholders to ensure successful delivery outcomes
Lead customer communications, governance discussions, delivery reviews, and project status meetings
Manage stakeholder expectations through proactive communication, issue escalation, and consistent follow-through
Identify risks, blockers, and dependencies proactively while driving accountability and resolution across teams
Lead scope management and change control efforts while ensuring alignment to contractual obligations and business objectives
Communicate project health, delivery status, risks, financial impacts, dependencies, and key decisions to leadership and customer stakeholders
Ensure compliance with organizational, contractual, and regulatory requirements throughout all project phases
Drive operational improvements and contribute to PMO delivery best practices and process optimization efforts
Operate effectively in fast-moving environments where priorities, timelines, and requirements may evolve

Requirements

What you’ll need

5+ years of project management, PMO, or equivalent delivery experience
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, or related field (or equivalent professional experience)
PMP certification preferred
Experience leading customer-facing projects within complex, cross-functional environments
Strong organizational, prioritization, and project execution skills
Experience building and maintaining project schedules, governance artifacts, risk registers, dependency management, and executive-level reporting
Excellent written, verbal, presentation, and stakeholder communication skills
Ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities simultaneously
Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and conflict-resolution capabilities
Demonstrated ability to operate independently and drive accountability across teams
Experience working within Agile, hybrid, or structured project delivery environments
Strong collaboration and leadership skills across technical, operational, business, and customer teams
