Key responsibilities & impact

Performs complex research, design, and software development assignments within a software functional area or product line
Provides input into project plans, estimates, schedules, technical design, and development methodology for cross-functional software products
Designs and develops software solutions across multiple systems, applications, and services
Analyzes business and technical requirements and builds secure and maintainable solutions
Supports system integrations, troubleshoots complex issues, and contributes to long-term improvements
Mentors junior team members, participates in code reviews, and works closely with Agile teams and business stakeholders
Translates user or customer needs into practical technical solutions

Requirements

What you’ll need

10+ years of professional software development experience
Strong hands-on knowledge of Java and Spring Boot
Solid understanding of web application development, REST APIs, and microservices architecture
Working knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, and CSS
Working knowledge of SQL Server and relational database concepts
Knowledge of cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud
Proficiency with Git, code reviews, and modern source control practices
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, automated builds, and deployment processes
Knowledge of Docker and container-based application delivery
Strong understanding of Agile software delivery
Ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues across application, database, integration, and infrastructure layers
Strong communication skills with the ability to work across technical and non-technical teams
Ability to mentor other developers and provide technical guidance
Ability to use approved AI tools effectively while validating all AI-generated output for quality, security, and correctness.
