About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Develop and execute event sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets across exhibition space, sponsorship, digital products, and ancillary revenue streams.
- Identify opportunities for new business acquisition, customer expansion, and growth within emerging jewelry market segments.
- Ensure sales plans and territory/account strategies are developed and executed 10–12 months in advance of event delivery.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer behavior to identify commercial opportunities and risks.
- Build strong relationships with key exhibitors, sponsors, industry associations, buyers, and strategic partners within the jewelry sector.
- Negotiate commercial agreements, sponsorship packages, and multi-event partnerships.
- Represent the company and portfolio at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions.
- Lead, coach, and develop Sales Managers and Account Executives to drive high performance and accountability.
- Maintain accurate forecasting and pipeline management through Salesforce and reporting dashboards.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Proven B2B sales leadership experience, preferably within events, exhibitions, luxury goods, jewelry, or related industries
- Demonstrated success managing high-value accounts and delivering revenue growth
- Experience leading and developing sales teams in target-driven environments
- Strong commercial negotiation and strategic account management skills
- Data-driven mindset with experience using Salesforce or similar CRM platforms
- Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management capabilities
- Ability to travel domestically and internationally as required.
