Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead and develop a team of designers while defining and driving UX strategy across the business

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 8+ years of experience in UX design
  • 2+ years in people leadership
  • Proven track record of delivering impactful, user-centered digital products
  • Experience working in complex, regulated, or data-rich environments (e.g., healthcare or education)
  • AI-Driven Experience Design
  • Experience leading UX strategy for AI-enabled features
  • Experience partnering with Product, Data Science, and Engineering to design explainable, trustworthy AI interactions
  • Deep understanding of modern UX methodologies (e.g., design thinking, Lean UX, Jobs-to-be-Done)
  • Experience with design systems and scalable UX frameworks
  • Understanding of accessibility standards (WCAG) and inclusive design principles
  • Experience designing AI/ML-powered products and data-driven interfaces
  • Proficiency with modern design and collaboration tools (e.g., Figma, AI-prototyping tools, research platforms)
