About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- The Junior Marketing Specialist supports the Marketing Specialists and Marketing Managers in the preparation, coordination, and execution of marketing activities.
- Project & Administrative Support
- Assist Marketing Specialists in managing and tracking marketing projects from initiation to completion.
- Coordinate personal work schedules, timelines, and task lists to ensure projects stay on track.
- Support administrative tasks such as documentation, filing, reporting, and updating internal trackers.
- Prepare notes, follow-up lists, and status updates for the marketing team.
- Creative & Content Support
- Support email layout, resizing, editing, and adaptation of images.
- Assist in developing simple content pieces, for email campaigns and social media.
- Coordinate with internal and external creative teams to ensure smooth creative workflow.
- Campaign Support
- Support execution of email blasts, email drip campaigns, nurturing campaigns.
- Ensure Can-Spam compliance with email bounces and replies.
- Support list cleanliness and list reviews.
- Cross-Functional Coordination
- Maintain positive and professional relationships with business partners and suppliers.
- ADHOC Tasks
- Assist with data updates, clean-up, list management, and follow-ups as assigned.
- Support monthly marketing tasks and recurring activities assigned by Marketing Managers.
- Assist in special projects, research tasks, and other marketing duties as needed.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's Degree holder
- Specialize in either product marketing or segment marketing.
- Experience in Content Management and Copywriting
- Knowledgeable in project management tools like Monday.Com, CRM systems, AI, Salesforce – Pardot, Pardot Account Engagement
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Confident in dealing effectively with internal and external customers.
- Ability to calmly organize and prioritize your workload in order to juggle multiple tasks and projects daily.
- Identify and group like projects or tasks to maximize efficiencies.
- Experience in marketing tools and project management is a plus.
- Proven customer service skills and strong customer focus required.
- Ability to learn various internal customer, sales tools, and related applications.
- Ability to work effectively with all levels of the sales and marketing organization and develop and maintain solid working relationships with those teams to establish trust.
- Ability to take direction and work independently yet can work in a team-driven atmosphere.
- Agility - able to adjust to changing demands within the day, week or month.
- Ability to quickly learn and apply enterprise AI tools and technologies to support technical workflows and business objectives.
