About the role
- Translate strategic priorities into structured, multi-quarter initiatives with clearly defined scope, milestones, risks, dependencies, and measurable outcomes primarily aligned to Knowable Operations and Commercial objectives.
- Lead end-to-end execution of complex, high-impact, cross-functional initiatives — including AI-enabled transformation efforts — coordinating planning, resourcing, progress tracking, and issue resolution across global teams.
- Operate independently in a highly matrixed environment, applying disciplined program management approaches to initiatives where delivery pathways may evolve and precedent may not exist.
- Ensure initiatives meet schedule, cost, quality, and operational impact expectations; monitor performance and implement corrective actions or recommend trade-offs as needed.
- Define and track success metrics and ensure benefits are realized post-implementation.
- Maintain integrated execution plans and reporting artifacts using best-practice project and program management methodologies; establish scalable templates and governance mechanisms to support repeatable success.
- Identify and mitigate risks and interdependencies across Operations and Commercial stakeholders, escalating issues with data-informed recommendations.
- Drive integration of generative AI and other advanced technologies into operational and commercial tools and workflows, ensuring appropriate governance, controls, and measurable business value.
- Lead and coordinate small cross-functional teams and subject matter experts; provide informal guidance and coaching to junior staff and stakeholders as appropriate.
- Prepare executive-ready updates and decision materials to support timely, informed prioritization and resource allocation decisions.
- Support additional Global Operations initiatives as needed, contributing to the continued maturation of the SPMO function.
- Promote an inclusive, collaborative, and high-performance culture across global teams.
Requirements
- Demonstrated experience independently leading complex, cross-functional initiatives from initiation through completion in a matrixed, global organization.
- Proven ability to manage scope, schedule, cost, risk, and quality across stakeholders.
- Experience driving technology-enabled transformation, including automation, analytics, and generative AI applications.
- Demonstrated AI fluency, including practical experience leveraging generative AI and automation tools to drive measurable impact.
- 5+ years of relevant experience in project/program management, operations, product, contract intelligence, or related fields.
- Bachelor’s degree required; Law degree (JD/LLB or equivalent) preferred.
- PMP or equivalent certification preferred (or ability to obtain within 12 months).
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and enterprise project management tools (e.g., Monday.com, Microsoft ADO).
- Demonstrated ability to influence without authority in a global environment.
- Travel up to 10%, including occasional domestic and international travel.
