About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Support the pre-sales process by providing technical guidance and professional services insights
Deliver product demonstrations and presentations to prospective and existing clients
Conduct client needs assessments and develop customized solutions
Provide training and support on software and technology platforms
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful solution implementation
Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive satisfaction and retention
Stay current on industry trends and best practices, including conducting competitor research, to enhance service offerings
Serve as a recognized expert in fraud and identity solutions
Proactively identify and address opportunities for improvement, both with customers and internally to LexisNexis.
Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

What you’ll need

Relevant educational background or equivalent professional experience
Excellent organizational skills, communication and interpersonal skills and attention to detail
Familiarity with fraud detection and identity verification concepts and solutions involving multiple integrated products
Ability to work collaboratively while remaining self-directed
Proven ability to resolve complex technical and business challenges
Ability to guide and train others in solution architecture and proposal development
Background in consulting or professional services
Technical proficiency in identity & anti-fraud technologies, behavioral biometrics, networking and/or InfoSec a plus
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and related business applications, including Salesforce or other sales management tools.
