About the role
- Support the pre-sales process by providing technical guidance and professional services insights
- Deliver product demonstrations and presentations to prospective and existing clients
- Conduct client needs assessments and develop customized solutions
- Provide training and support on software and technology platforms
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful solution implementation
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive satisfaction and retention
- Stay current on industry trends and best practices, including conducting competitor research, to enhance service offerings
- Serve as a recognized expert in fraud and identity solutions
- Proactively identify and address opportunities for improvement, both with customers and internally to LexisNexis.
- Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements
- Relevant educational background or equivalent professional experience
- Excellent organizational skills, communication and interpersonal skills and attention to detail
- Familiarity with fraud detection and identity verification concepts and solutions involving multiple integrated products
- Ability to work collaboratively while remaining self-directed
- Proven ability to resolve complex technical and business challenges
- Ability to guide and train others in solution architecture and proposal development
- Background in consulting or professional services
- Technical proficiency in identity & anti-fraud technologies, behavioral biometrics, networking and/or InfoSec a plus
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and related business applications, including Salesforce or other sales management tools.
