About the role
- Consult on all aspects of AI Global Data Conversion Software Engineering
- Partner with Operations Director, business units, Offshore teams and other technical teams
- Conduct analysis, needs assessments, and preliminary cost-benefit analysis
- Lead Global cross-functional projects
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in software engineering
- Proven ability to work independently, collaboratively, and lead Global teams
- Experience in Python, Databricks, Perl, C/C++, HTML, XML and UNIX
- Familiarity with AI technologies
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Ability to teach, mentor, and supervise co-workers
