About the role
- Manage people, priorities, and processes across North America for timely delivery of online updates
- Coordinate acquisition, processing and publication of legislative content
- Ensure effective work allocation across teams
- Provide day-to-day line management for editors and analysts
- Monitor team performance measures and take action where standards are at risk
- Identify process improvements and support adoption of new tools and practices
- Collaborate cross-functionally with peers and other regional teams
Requirements
- Experience in legal editorial work, legal publishing or regulatory content operations
- Working knowledge of US and/or Canadian legislation and editorial conventions
- Proven experience managing or mentoring editorial contributors in a delivery‑focused environment
- Comfortable working with established workflows, performance measures and quality controls
