About the role
- Lead Content Associate/Campaign team to produce compelling, audience-first content across all channels including websites, email campaigns, print collateral, social media, video, SMS, infographics, and sales presentations.
- Integrate AI tools to personalize content and optimize performance.
- Develop and refine scalable content workflows and processes.
- Collaborate with sales, digital, and sponsorship teams to align messaging and amplify impact.
- Drive creative ideation and brand storytelling across websites, email, social, and event collateral.
- Launch initiatives to increase engagement and enhance the attendee journey (including A/B testing).
- Monitor performance metrics, apply insights, and iterate strategies for continual improvement.
- Ensure all content aligns with brand voice, tone, and evolving event goals.
- Support the timely execution of assets within the Communications Plan set forth by the Strategy Team, by managing team priorities and timelines to ensure smooth execution and on-time delivery.
Requirements
- Have 3-5+ years of experience in content marketing, preferably in B2B or events/exhibitions
- Possess proven team management experience
- Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Be able to present ideas, strategies, and performance insights to stakeholders
- Have excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple timelines
- Be able to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
