About the role
- Plan and execute operational aspects of exhibitions and events from concept to delivery
- Coordinate with internal teams (Sales, Marketing, Finance) and external suppliers (venues, stand builders, logistics partners)
- Manage exhibitor services, including manuals, order forms, and on-site support
- Oversee floorplans, space allocation, and on-site logistics
- Monitor event budgets and ensure cost control
- Conduct post-event analysis, including surveys and operational improvements
- Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations and company standards
- Support continuous improvement of operational processes and tools
Requirements
- First experience in event operations, project management, or a similar role
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and deadlines
- Hands-on mentality and willingness to support on-site during events
- Strong communication skills in German and English (min. B2/C1)
- Proficiency in MS Office; experience with event tools is a plus
