About the role

  • Collect payments primarily from accounts with 1-3 0 outstanding balance
  • Collaborate closely with sales teams to schedule qualified demonstrations, meetings, build pipeline, and produce real business opportunities
  • Prospect for new business and upsell opportunities through a high volume of cold calling
  • Identify qualified prospects and navigate company structures to find key decision makers and influencers
  • Engage with the Sales Team to identify targets for research
  • Conduct research using internal and external tools
  • Maintain accurate records in Salesforce and build client profiles
  • Learn, understand, and apply the LexisNexis value proposition
  • Lead continuous improvement projects to target efficiency
  • Assist with simple billing concerns of clients and partner sales representatives
  • Participate in Continuous Improvement sessions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or has completed 2 years level in College without back subjects or incomplete units
  • Experience in corporate retention and new business sales
  • Experience in heavy cold calling volume (50-100 outbound & inbound calls/day)
  • 1-3 years of inside sales experience
  • At least 1 year of Lead Generation and prospecting experience
  • Experience using salesforce is an advantage
  • Ability to quickly learn and apply enterprise AI tools and technologies to support technical workflows and business objectives.
