About the role
- Collect payments primarily from accounts with 1-3 0 outstanding balance
- Collaborate closely with sales teams to schedule qualified demonstrations, meetings, build pipeline, and produce real business opportunities
- Prospect for new business and upsell opportunities through a high volume of cold calling
- Identify qualified prospects and navigate company structures to find key decision makers and influencers
- Engage with the Sales Team to identify targets for research
- Conduct research using internal and external tools
- Maintain accurate records in Salesforce and build client profiles
- Learn, understand, and apply the LexisNexis value proposition
- Lead continuous improvement projects to target efficiency
- Assist with simple billing concerns of clients and partner sales representatives
- Participate in Continuous Improvement sessions.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or has completed 2 years level in College without back subjects or incomplete units
- Experience in corporate retention and new business sales
- Experience in heavy cold calling volume (50-100 outbound & inbound calls/day)
- 1-3 years of inside sales experience
- At least 1 year of Lead Generation and prospecting experience
- Experience using salesforce is an advantage
- Ability to quickly learn and apply enterprise AI tools and technologies to support technical workflows and business objectives.
