About the role

  • Manages people who help teams understand user behaviours, needs and motivations
  • Maintains close contact with customers to gain market insights
  • Oversees team in the research process including interviews, surveys, and testing
  • Represents UX Research in cross-functional groups
  • Presents research learnings to guide future projects

Requirements

  • 6-8 years of experience
  • Bachelor's or Masters degree in a design subject (Psychology, UX, HCI, Product Design, Design, Graphic Design, etc discipline) is preferred but not required
  • very good knowledge of the tech stack of the organisation
  • good understanding of full capabilities of research software (Qualtics, Lookback, Usertesting.com)
