About the role
- Manage the full commercial lifecycle for Interfolio solutions, including new business development, renewals, and account expansion
- Build and maintain long‑term relationships with universities and research organisations, acting as a trusted commercial partner
- Use a consultative, value‑based sales approach to understand customer needs and position Interfolio solutions appropriately
- Work closely with Solution Engineers and cross‑functional teams to support solution demonstrations, proposals, and complex sales cycles
- Navigate public‑sector and higher‑education procurement processes, including multi‑stakeholder decision environments
- Maintain accurate pipeline management, forecasting, and reporting using CRM tools
- Represent Interfolio at customer meetings, events, and conferences across Europe as required
Requirements
- 5+ years’ experience in enterprise SaaS sales / Solutions Account Management
- Demonstrated ability to sell complex, workflow‑based software solutions in structured or regulated environments
- Strong consultative selling and stakeholder‑management skills, with comfort engaging senior decision‑makers
- Experience working cross‑functionally in international or matrixed organisations
- Understanding of subscription‑based SaaS models, including renewals and expansion
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
- Experience working with higher‑education, research, or public‑sector organisations is highly desirable but not essential.
