About the role

  • Manage the full commercial lifecycle for Interfolio solutions, including new business development, renewals, and account expansion
  • Build and maintain long‑term relationships with universities and research organisations, acting as a trusted commercial partner
  • Use a consultative, value‑based sales approach to understand customer needs and position Interfolio solutions appropriately
  • Work closely with Solution Engineers and cross‑functional teams to support solution demonstrations, proposals, and complex sales cycles
  • Navigate public‑sector and higher‑education procurement processes, including multi‑stakeholder decision environments
  • Maintain accurate pipeline management, forecasting, and reporting using CRM tools
  • Represent Interfolio at customer meetings, events, and conferences across Europe as required

Requirements

  • 5+ years’ experience in enterprise SaaS sales / Solutions Account Management
  • Demonstrated ability to sell complex, workflow‑based software solutions in structured or regulated environments
  • Strong consultative selling and stakeholder‑management skills, with comfort engaging senior decision‑makers
  • Experience working cross‑functionally in international or matrixed organisations
  • Understanding of subscription‑based SaaS models, including renewals and expansion
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Experience working with higher‑education, research, or public‑sector organisations is highly desirable but not essential.
