About the role

  • Provide day-to-day coaching to help SDRs overcome obstacles and achieve performance targets; conduct weekly one-on-one meetings to review results and development plans
  • Monitor and continuously optimize lead management processes, including lead queues and the use of Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and other sales tools to improve productivity
  • Review and audit Discovery Calls and pipeline reporting to ensure accurate qualification, tracking, and attribution
  • Represent the SDR organization in regional planning with Sales and Marketing, and execute campaigns across defined verticals and territories

Requirements

  • Experience as an SDR or within a B2B sales organization, with demonstrated progression and leadership capability
  • Good customer-facing communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Deep understanding of modern lead generation, social selling tools, and prospecting methodologies
  • Highly metrics-driven, with the ability to manage time effectively, prioritize competing demands, and operate with a high degree of autonomy
  • Results-oriented leader capable of coaching through rejection and maintaining team motivation
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
  • Passion for training, coaching, and developing talent
  • Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills
