About the role
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of five direct-report sales professionals.
- Conduct regular 1:1s, pipeline reviews, forecast calls, and performance coaching.
- Set clear expectations around activity levels, opportunity management, and customer engagement.
- Support onboarding and ramp-up of new hires to accelerate time-to-productivity.
- Drive regional revenue targets by generating pipeline, advancing deals, and forecasting accurately.
- Execute Coplogic’s sales strategy across assigned territories with consistent messaging and value-based selling.
- Maintain disciplined CRM usage and adherence to the sales process.
- Build and maintain trusted relationships with law enforcement leadership and decision-makers.
- Partner with Customer Success to drive retention, expansion, and long-term account health.
- Identify risks and opportunities within the territory and adjust focus as needed.
- Provide customer insights to Product and leadership teams to inform strategy and improvements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on launches, campaigns, regional planning, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements
- 5+ years of sales experience, including management of remote or distributed teams.
- Proven success in meeting regional revenue targets and accurate forecasting.
- Strong coaching, communication, and leadership skills.
- Proficiency with CRM tools such as Salesforce or equivalent.
- Ability to travel within the U.S. as needed.
- Preferred: Experience selling SaaS or technology solutions.
- Preferred: Familiarity with law enforcement, public safety, or government markets.
- Preferred: Experience managing multi-state or geographically complex territories.
- Preferred: Track record of building high-performing, engagement-driven sales cultures.
