About the role
- Working with Sales Managers in deep dive demonstrations in order to provide technical input into bids, RFP, RFI, proposals, projects and technical documents within the sales process
- Having a solid technical understanding of Aries products, APIs in order to identify additional sales opportunities with existing customers
- Collaborating with sales teams to develop and recommend products and services to meet customers' requirements
- Demonstrating the organization's products during customer calls especially later in the sales process when mapping out a technical solution to meet customers current and future needs
- Maintaining up-to-date and comprehensive knowledge of the organization's and competitors' products and/or services
- Preparing cost estimates by studying all related customer documents, consulting with internal and external staff
Requirements
- Exhibit experience in a pre-sales engineer or post-sales customer success role
- Have a deep understanding of product functionality and API integrations
- Have the ability to communicate to their end customers new features, product releases and training so they can better grow their business
- Possess excellent presentation skills and customer relationship skills
- Have a technical understanding and general programming skills, including working in a SaaS or PaaS environment
- Be adept in problem solving, innovation, and general analytics
