About the role
- Analyze price elasticity, deal conversion rates, and discounting trends
- Measure sales velocity, conversion ratios by stage, and lead-source ROI
- Review customer usage and pull manual reports to develop and track customer health scores
- Provide weekly dashboards to sales, finance, and customer success
- Track quota attainment, conversion rates, average deal size, and rep productivity metrics
- PSO sales lead submission and reporting in Salesforce
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Economics, Business, Finance or related field
- MBA or other relevant advanced degree preferred
- Knowledge of pricing principles and pricing modeling
- Excellent analytical skills
- Demonstrate solid mathematical aptitude and comfort with numbers
- Advanced computer skills including MS Excel
- Salesforce proficiency is highly advantageous
- Demonstrate an ability to solve routine problems
- Display excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Have excellent organizational skills and ability to manage large sets of information and data
- Be able to work as part of a team to accomplish mutual team goals
- Have the ability to manage to key deadlines and balance competing priorities
- Must be able to support U.S. East Coast business hours
