About the role

  • Plan, manage, and execute tradeshows and events, including messaging, logistics, and post-event activities.
  • Oversee event budgeting, ensuring projects remain on schedule, on-brand, and within scope.
  • Enable sales teams with event materials, including swag, uniforms, messaging, and updated collateral.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders on event production from start to finish.
  • Manage event set-up, tear-down, and follow-up processes.
  • Drive pre- and post-event lead follow-up and gather feedback for continuous improvement.
  • Partner with demand generation teams to develop promotional plans and post-event engagement strategies.
  • Provide on-site support during events, including booth setup, run-of-show management, and demo assistance.
  • Travel up to 25–30% to support event execution.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in B2B tradeshows and event management
  • Strong project management skills with exceptional attention to detail
  • Self-starter with the ability to own projects from concept to completion
  • Highly organized and adept at managing complex logistics and resources
  • Ability to thrive under pressure in a fast-paced, evolving environment
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Proven experience working with sales teams and building strong relationships
  • Budget management expertise
  • Passion for delivering high-quality, impactful event experiences.
