About the role
- Plan, manage, and execute tradeshows and events, including messaging, logistics, and post-event activities.
- Oversee event budgeting, ensuring projects remain on schedule, on-brand, and within scope.
- Enable sales teams with event materials, including swag, uniforms, messaging, and updated collateral.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders on event production from start to finish.
- Manage event set-up, tear-down, and follow-up processes.
- Drive pre- and post-event lead follow-up and gather feedback for continuous improvement.
- Partner with demand generation teams to develop promotional plans and post-event engagement strategies.
- Provide on-site support during events, including booth setup, run-of-show management, and demo assistance.
- Travel up to 25–30% to support event execution.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in B2B tradeshows and event management
- Strong project management skills with exceptional attention to detail
- Self-starter with the ability to own projects from concept to completion
- Highly organized and adept at managing complex logistics and resources
- Ability to thrive under pressure in a fast-paced, evolving environment
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proven experience working with sales teams and building strong relationships
- Budget management expertise
- Passion for delivering high-quality, impactful event experiences.
