About the role

  • Be responsible for acting as the lead technical specialist for global RiskNarrative sales activity, to support commercial engagements where deep technical product knowledge is required.
  • Assist sales calls remotely or face to face in qualifying opportunities and delivering product demonstrations and presentations
  • Manage Request for Proposals (RFPs), Request for Information (RFIs), remote Proof of Concept (POCs) processes
  • Responsible for being the Technical Lead where required as part of detailed sales engagements
  • Answering questions from technical stakeholders on the customer side in relation to integration to, and deployment of, the RiskNarrative solution
  • Responsible for creating process maps and other technical artefacts to help articulate complex configuration and system interactions, in order to help successfully close opportunities and support successful and accurate delivery of the RiskNarrative solution
  • Some travel may be required to provide in person support for field sales initiatives regionally

Requirements

  • Experience in Pre-Sales/Solutions Consulting, Professional Services, Customer Success or Sales role, working collaboratively with Sales Teams, understanding the full sales life cycle & processes
  • Demonstrable experience of working within Financial Crime and Compliance/Fraud & Identity industries
  • Proven track record of supporting solution selling related to Financial Crime and Compliance/Fraud & Identity SaaS technology platforms
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, especially in customer-facing contexts.
  • Ability to convey technical subject matters in simple business friendly terms
  • Highly motivated self-starter, naturally pro-active with great sense of initiative
  • Desirable: University or bachelor’s degree or equivalent
  • Language skills – Global (French, Russian, Polish, Spanish particularly welcome)
