About the role

  • Cultivate and sustain effective long-term relationships with key senior-level decision-makers and influencers within assigned customer accounts.
  • Identify, develop, and successfully close new sales opportunities.
  • Elevate the profile of the organization’s products and services to generate demand among customers, thereby increasing revenue and enhancing customer satisfaction.
  • Meet or exceed revenue targets by boosting revenue spend per account through strategic account management and targeted initiatives.
  • Conduct regular status and strategy meetings with senior management of customer entities to understand their needs and link them to the organization's product/service strategies.
  • Manage team performance by setting clear directions, deploying resources effectively, and conducting performance evaluations.
  • Adapt departmental plans and priorities to efficiently tackle resource and operational challenges, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
  • Address strategic issues impacting not just the team but the broader organization, relying on extensive knowledge of related disciplines.

Requirements

  • Possess a university degree in Science, Healthcare, Technology, or equivalent professional experience.
  • Demonstrate excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of conveying complex technical content to a diverse range of audiences effectively.
  • Proven capability in people management, including performance reviews, compensation decisions, recruitment, and disciplinary actions.
  • Hold broad technical knowledge and expertise within the relevant industry, contributing to informed strategic decision-making.
  • Extensive understanding of the company’s operations, industry dynamics, and market trends to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills guided by organizational policies, procedures, and business plans with the ability to think strategically and address complex challenges.
