About the role
- Support, maintain , and automate Linux-based infrastructure (such as CentOS, RHEL, or similar).
- Develop and manage CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI, or comparable solutions.
- Write and maintain Ansible playbooks and automation scripts for configuration management and infrastructure tasks.
- Create and maintain automation scripts using Bash and Python for monitoring and integration.
- Monitor system performance and assist with troubleshooting in development, staging, and production environments.
- Work with data processing and analysis tools (for example, Splunk).
- Participate in identifying and addressing security vulnerabilities to maintain a secure environment.
- Operate both on-premises and cloud-based infrastructure.
Requirements
- Professional experience in a DevOps , Site Reliability Engineering, or Linux System Administration role.
- Experience with Linux system administration (such as RHEL, CentOS, Ubuntu, or similar distributions).
- Hands-on experience with configuration management and automation (e.g., Puppet, Ansible, or similar tools).
- Proficiency in scripting with Bash and Python .
- Familiarity with processing JSON and YAML data formats.
- Experience with CI/CD tools (such as Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, or similar).
- Understanding of version control systems, particularly Git .
- Basic knowledge of networking, firewalls, DNS, and system monitoring.
- Ability to analyze and solve problems in complex systems.
