About the role
- Lead and support a group of system engineers
- Perform Linux system administration, including server setup, patching, performance tuning, and monitoring
- Manage daily events and RCA report communications as Site Reliability Engineer role
- Design, maintain, and improve CI/CD pipelines to support agile development and deployment practices
- Proactively manage the team’s workload in Jira, monitor progress, and ensure timely task completion
- Drive Agile/Scrum practices by participating in and facilitating sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives
- Maintain technical documentation including system configurations, procedures, and incident reports
Requirements
- 9+ years of experience in Linux system administration (e.g., Ubuntu, RHEL, CentOS)
- Multiple years of proven experiences in technical leadership as a managerial role
- Strong experience with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, CircleCI)
- Proficient in creating and managing tasks in Jira or similar platforms
- Experience with monitoring tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, icinga, nagios, ELK stack)
- Proficient in at least one of the following scripting language (Bash, Python)
