About the role
- Taking full ownership of the project, defining deliverables, and tracking milestones to keep progress on track.
- Collaborating closely with product managers, engineers, and business sponsors to align goals and drive results.
- Managing day-to-day activities, proactively identifying risks, and resolving issues to maintain project momentum.
- Supporting agile ceremonies and leveraging tools like Jira and Confluence to promote transparency and collaboration.
- Embracing a mindset of continuous improvement by learning from each project and enhancing team practices.
Requirements
- Experience managing or supporting projects (academic, internship, or professional), with a focus on delivering results.
- Familiarity with Agile or hybrid methodologies and an understanding of software development lifecycles.
- Strong prioritization skills and the ability to maintain momentum across multiple tasks.
- Excellent communication skills to engage stakeholders and influence positive outcomes.
- Confidence in using project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, and MS Project (or similar).
- A curious, growth-oriented mindset eager to continuously learn and improve.
