Oversee and be involved with the creation and revision of nursing education content, including video scripts, assessments, blogs, webinars, clinical and summary notes.
Manage a team of nursing content creators and contractors, write content, edit content, provide editorial feedback and performance coaching.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including medical education, content maintenance, sales, marketing, product, compliance, and creative teams to ensure alignment with roadmaps and strategic goals.
Lead and provide content mapping to board blueprints for LPN, RN, and NP exam.
Create content that aligns with the Elsevier suite of allied health and nursing products like textbooks, Sherpath, and HESI.
Engage in and contribute to GAI innovation initiatives such as AI-assisted learning, SEO optimization for marketing, workflows, and content creation for all Osmosis products.
Maintain shared drives, production boards, spreadsheets, and documentation in Confluence and coordinate with Creative teams on voiceover and production workflows (e.g., 11Labs).
Attend team meetings, 1:1s with managers and direct reports, support hiring and onboarding of new content creators.
Requirements
Nurse Practitioner with RN license required; Doctorate preferred.
Experience teaching nursing required
Background in publishing and content development required.
Demonstrate leadership in managing teams and educational projects
Have excellent writing and editing skills; experience with video scripting and instructional design preferred.
