About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Verify data from source documents according to established procedures and rules
  • Verify entered data against source documents and correct typographical errors, missing or repeated data, composition codes, style rules, additions, and deletions
  • Search entire applications while assembling files in a prescribed sequence
  • Identify and prepare necessary Text, CWU, and Drawings information
  • Ensure products conform to established rules and guidelines
  • Complete weekly timesheets
  • Follow standard procedures under current ISO requirements
  • Perform other related duties as required
  • Work with clearly defined procedures and perform routine entry-level business support tasks

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • High school graduate or equivalent
  • Commitment of up to three weeks of full time remote training
  • Commitment of a minimum of 40 productive at home hours per week
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Basic knowledge of computer applications
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to meet scheduled deadlines
  • Availability for additional virtual training and meetings as needed
  • Ability to pass all pre-employment assessments
  • Ability to meet and maintain each applicable department’s quantity and quality metrics
  • High Speed Internet capability
  • Must be a U.S. Citizen
  • Must successfully pass a background investigation and achieve Public Trust security clearance
  • No prior training or related work experience required
