About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Collaborate with the VP Product and other product leaders on strategic vision using customer research, product analytics, and market insights
Create and execute a roadmap for a cohesive experience across multiple products
Define platform capabilities for navigation, discoverability, personalization, administration, reporting, and usability
Prototype and validate cross-product concepts using customer feedback, AI-assisted tools, and iterative experimentation
Collaborate with engineering and platform product managers on platform architecture, APIs, authentication, shared services, and modular user interfaces
Lead AI-first, spec-driven product development by translating customer needs and business objectives into product specifications
Partner with engineering, UX, and AI development teams to refine specifications and validate assumptions
Advocate for nursing customers and reflect real-world workflows in product decisions
Use customer insights, product analytics, and market trends to prioritize investments and guide roadmap decisions
Partner with UX, engineering, clinical, commercial, and content teams to deliver scalable experiences and support regulatory compliance and market delivery
Define success metrics and evaluate ecosystem performance to improve adoption, engagement, and customer satisfaction
Report to the Vice President of Product

Requirements

What you’ll need

10 years of experience delivering customer-facing SaaS or enterprise software products
8+ years of product management experience, including ownership of complex cross-functional initiatives
Experience building or managing platform products, integrated product experiences, or enterprise software ecosystems
Ability to think strategically across multiple products while balancing customer needs, technical considerations, and business priorities
Strong technical acumen, including experience with APIs, integrations, authentication, and modern application architectures
Customer discovery and user research skills
Ability to influence cross-functional teams and build alignment across multiple product organizations
Strong analytical skills with experience using product metrics and customer insights to drive decision making
Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant discipline
Experience in healthcare technology, enterprise software, or education technology is preferred
Experience working within AI-assisted software development environments is a plus
Master's degree in a technical subject is strongly preferred, but not essential
