About the role
- Manage a portfolio of clients with a focus on retention, growth and satisfaction (NPS)
- Analyze paid traffic campaigns (primarily Meta Ads), identifying optimization opportunities
- Monitor strategic metrics such as ROI, ROAS, CAC, LTV, churn and CPL
- Lead strategic meetings and present performance results
- Proactively work to reduce churn by anticipating risks and proposing solutions
- Translate data into clear, actionable insights for clients
- Collaborate with internal teams (traffic, creative, technology) to ensure consistent delivery
- Contribute to improvements in Customer Success processes
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management or related fields
- Experience in digital marketing or performance agencies
- Proficiency in Meta Ads and in reading performance metrics
- Strong analytical ability to interpret data and turn it into strategy
- Clear, consultative, solution-oriented communication skills
- Autonomy to manage multiple clients simultaneously
